Join COTA ACT for the yearly ACT Seniors and Better Ageing Expo – the place to be for seniors!
Across TWO BIG DAYS –
Wednesday 23 September from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm & Thursday 24 September from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Held at the Old Bus Depot Building in Kingston – the Expo promises to inform and entertain with more than 150 exhibitors providing valuable information on products and services for seniors. This is a highly anticipated event not to be missed!
Whether you’re looking for aged care information, help in your home or curious about Canberra’s retirement villages, through to legal and financial help, health and wellness activities, community organisations and social and hobby groups – there is something for everyone at this year’s Expo.
Enjoy local food vendors, coffee vans, interactive demonstrations, presentations and performances on the Community Stage.
With performances by the Australian Rugby Choir and the Royal Military College Band.

COTA ACT has been delivering the ACT Seniors Expo, now ACT Seniors and Better Ageing Expo, since the early 1990s.
From humble beginnings at the Ainslie Arts Centre and the Hughes Community Centre Hall with a handful of exhibitors, the ACT Seniors Expo has expanded over the years to include hundreds of exhibitors, filling the new venue of the Old Bus Depot Building (Former Transport Depot), Kingston. The ACT Seniors and Better Ageing Expo is supported by the ACT Government.
