As a part of April Falls Month, join our staff, Transport Canberra and Canberra Metro to try out light rail and Transport Canberra buses on Thursday the 4th of April at the Gungahlin Interchange.
This is an opportunity for seniors to explore a light rail vehicle and bus, learn about falls prevention and participate in demonstrations on getting on and off public transport safely. You will also be able to learn about our exercise program, Strength for Life, Falls Risk assessments and the ACT Seniors Card directly from our knowledgeable staff.
