Silver Swans and Seated Ballet is open for free trials for Seniors Month!
Our Silver Swans classes are such a special part of our week. With both standing and seated options available, these classes welcomes adults aged 55+, as well as anyone looking for a gentle, supportive way to return to movement after injury, illness, or time away from dancing.
All of our Silver Swans classes are held at our Mitchell studio, with plenty of parking and ground floor, accessible entry and bathroom.
