Singalong Ukulele Fun
U3A Ukulele Fun group has been running for about two years. The group originated from a Michael Rossenberg beginners class at U3A and progressed to continue as a fun si galong group. The group has song at a couple of venues for fun. We sing and play ukulele with fun and laughs all around.

Seated or Standing Smooth Disco Class by Fusion Fitness
Move and groove to some great disco songs from the 70s & 80s! We’ll be doing a seated warmup to get the whole body ready to move, then choose to stay seated or stand for the simple but fun exercise moves that will keep you moving and grooving. No experience necessary! We’ll cool down at the end with a lovely series of stretches.
Wear a touch of disco, comfortable clothes and shoes to exercise in, and a water bottle!
