Due to Transport Canberra’s shutdown period from 22nd December 2023 to 2nd January 2024, you will need to call Access Canberra with any assistance regarding your MyWay ACT Seniors Card. We encourage you to check the validity and balance of your card, prior to the shutdown period, by calling Transport Canberra on 6207 7711. If you have not used your card to travel on public transport in the ACT in the last 2 years, the Transport Canberra travel side of your card will not be valid.

You can apply for a new card by completing the online form and a card will be sent out to your nominated address. Make sure you tick the Replacement Card box to have your credit transferred to your new card. You access public transport in the ACT for free with the confirmation email you will receive once you have completed the application and while you wait for your new card to arrive.

We wish you a safe, healthy and joyful holiday period!
